What Toyota Key Types Do We Program?
4D/4C transponder keys, G-chip and H-chip keys, and Toyota Smart Key (proximity). Toyota has used multiple chip generations. Older models use the simpler 4C/4D chips. 2010-2018 models use G and H chips. 2019+ use the newer 8A chip with AES-128 encryption.
We program all of them, including the 8A chip that many mobile locksmiths can't handle. Our Autel IM608 Pro and Smart Pro tools cover the full Toyota/Lexus/Scion lineup.
How Much Does a Toyota Key Cost?
Transponder key: $120-$160. Remote head key: $150-$200. Smart Key fob: $225-$275. Toyota is the second-most common brand we work on after Honda. The RAV4 and Camry are our most frequent Toyota key calls.
Toyota dealerships in South Florida charge $250-$500 for key replacement with a 2-5 day wait. We do it in your driveway for less than half the price.
