What Motorcycle Brands Do We Service?

Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Harley-Davidson, BMW, Ducati, Triumph, and KTM. Each brand uses different key types. Older bikes use simple cut keys. Newer models (2005+) often have transponder chips. Some BMW and Ducati models use magnetic key systems.

We decode the ignition or seat lock on-site and cut a new key that matches. For transponder-equipped bikes, we program the chip using our motorcycle-specific programming tools.

How Much Does Motorcycle Key Replacement Cost?

Standard cut keys: $75-$100. Transponder keys: $125-$175. Magnetic keys (BMW, Ducati): $150-$200. This includes decoding your locks, cutting the key blade, and programming any transponder chips. The dealer charges $150-$400 and requires you to trailer the bike there.

According to the Motorcycle Industry Council, there are over 13 million registered motorcycles in the US. A lot of those riders lose keys. We've made keys for everything from a 1985 Honda Rebel to a 2025 BMW R1250GS.
